Information for New Clients

Q.  If I am not sure what service might best help me, where should I begin?

A.  Very often individuals are referred by someone who experienced a certain type of service that he or she highly recommends for another person.  If so, simply call to set up an appt for that service.  If you are new to this website information or to Cynthia, the best plan is to e-mail her (heartliving@cox.net) or call (757-625-6103) to set up a coaching session to provide insight into your situation.  If you prefer to ask questions regarding your situation and services, e-mail is the easiest way to have questions answered.  Cynthia's goal is to personalize your treatment to best serve your needs. She looks forward to working with you!

Heart-to-Heart Event...open to any woman who is interested in the Leading from the Heart Program! 

Note:  The January Heart Event was a fabulous success with 40 women in attendance.  The next event will be held on a Sunday in August 2008 (date to be determined).  See details below.  Call (625-6103) or e-mail to RSVP or for further information.

NEXT DATE:  August (date to be determined)..........Sunday, 4:00-5:30 p.m.; Cynthia's office in Ghent (See directions at this website)  Be sure to arrive no later than 4:00 since the program will begin at 4:10.  RSVP-Cynthia's e-mail at heartliving@cox.net or call 625-6103.  The session takes approximately an hour; however, you may stay as long as you like.  (See description in next paragraph of event.)

Heart Alumni GATHERING. . . Holiday Party

Annual Holiday Party...........Sunday, December 2008 (date to be determined), 4:00-6:00 p.m.; Cynthia's office in Ghent.

Wisdom of Transformation (Part II, open to women who have taken Leading from the Heart)......

Tuesday mornings, March 2008 - FULL; 8:00-10:30 a.m. (7 sessions)                     

Monday evenings, March 2008 - FULL; 6:30-9:00 p.m. (7 sessions) (Please note the class meets on Monday evenings for this offering, NOT Wednesdays as in the past)

ENERGY WORK PROGRAMS (Open to all):

Reiki I and II certificate classes taught by Cynthia will be scheduled for 2008 at Cynthia's office in Norfolk.  Reiki Master is offered individually and by 4-hour appointment.

Reiki I is held periodically throughout the year.  Call Cynthia to express interest and to get on the waiting list.

Each program is open to only 6 people.  So please don't hesitate to call or register early.

Reiki II dates to be announced.  You must have completed Reiki I to be eligible for
