Heart-to-Heart Gathering for Women. . . You are invited!  August 15, 2010; Sunday; 4:00 p.m.

This Heart Event is open to all women who are interested in learning more about Cynthia's Leading from the Heart program for women.  It is held at Cynthia's office in Ghent.  See "Directions" button on the left for specific location information.  The event begins at 4:00 p.m., and Cynthia will speak about the program, and women who have completed the program will be present to share their experiences.  Please join us for delicious hors d-oeuvres, door prizes, and heart-felt sharing!  RSVP by August 12, 2010, to Cynthia at heartliving@cox.net or call 757-625-6103.

Information for New Clients

Q.  If I am not sure what service might best help me, where should I begin?

A.  Very often individuals are referred by someone who experienced a certain type of service that he or she highly recommends for another person.  If so, simply call to set up an appt for that service.  If you are new to this website information or to Cynthia, the best plan is to e-mail her (heartliving@cox.net) or call (757-625-6103) to set up a coaching session to provide insight into your situation.  If you prefer to ask questions regarding your situation and services, e-mail is the easiest way to have questions answered.  Cynthia's goal is to personalize your treatment to best serve your needs. She looks forward to working with you!

(The 8-week Heart Programs are open to all individuals. Most workshops are open to those who have taken the 8-week program since space is limited per workshop to 9 people. Location for all programs is Cynthia's office in Norfolk, VA.  See Directions.)

Wisdom of Transformation (Part II, open to women who have taken Leading from the Heart)......

Tuesday mornings, January 2011 TBA-- 8:00-10:30 a.m. (7 sessions)                     

Wednesday evenings, January 2011 TBA-- 6:30-9:00 p.m. (7 sessions)

Passion and Purpose (Part III, open to women who have taken Leading from the Heart and Wisdom of Transformation)......to be announced for Fall 2010--Contact Cynthia for further information.

ENERGY WORK PROGRAMS (Open to all):

Reiki I and II certificate classes taught by Cynthia will be scheduled for 2010 at Cynthia's office in Norfolk.  Reiki Master is offered individually and by 4-hour appointment.

Reiki I is held periodically throughout the year.  Call Cynthia to express interest and to get on the waiting list.

Each program is open to only 6 people.  So please don't hesitate to call or register early.

Reiki II dates to be announced.  You must have completed Reiki I to be eligible for
