Finding Balance in the Hectic Life
Constant hurry and pressure
take a toll on the nervous system and the physical body as a whole. When the
tension becomes chronic, it manifests not only in rigid physical patterns and
disease, but also in mental rigidity and reactiveness. In this workshop, we
will discuss reactive behavior and the origin of our own reactionary patterns;
explore addictions and compulsive attachments to doing; and learn ways to
practice more mindful living. Simple techniques for holding consciousness every
day, no matter how hurried your agenda, will be covered.
