Cynthia Bischoff has been a communications trainer, consultant, and coach since 1980.  She is the creator of the Leading from the Heart programs for men and women and has worked with hundreds of individuals to find balance in their lives.  Cynthia taught for years in Old Dominion University's MBA Program and has consulted extensively for businesses nationwide.  Some of her clients include Amoco Oil Co., Dollar Tree Stores, Ingersoll Rand, Saturn, Sentara Health System, Virginia Department of Transportation, to name a few.  Rated as one of the top ten best instructors in the nation by National Technological University, Cynthia has authored three books and a videotape series.  She has also starred in several national telecourses on business communications. She is currently working on a Ph.D. in Metaphysics.

Even though Cynthia has a strong business and teaching background, she uniquely works with her intuition in both coaching and bodywork.  Cynthia is a Certified Hypnotherapist trained by the National Guild.  She is also a Reiki Master trained in the Usui Shiki Ryoho method.  She holds several certificates in varied alternative therapies:   an advanced-level certification in Breathwork from the Transformations School of Spiritual Psychology; a certificate of completion of 105 hours in Acupressure from the Cayce/Reilly School of Massotherapy; an advanced certificate of training in Bio-Energy from Mietek Wirkus in Bethesda; and an advanced certificate in Shamanism through the National Foundation of Shamanic Studies.  Cynthia also received a certificate of training in the intensive week-long program in Medical Intuition taught by Caroline Myss and Norm Shealy, M.D.  Cynthia has worked with individuals in the U.S. as well as in Europe and Japan. Her passion is to assist others in their transformation process.
