“Our Mothers, Ourselves”

A Leading from the Heart mini-course designed to help you understand you, your mother relationship, and your life better!

WHEN:  Three Wednesday Evenings:  March 18 and 25 and April 1; 6:30-9:00 p.m. plus one additional coaching session (1 hour) at the end of the program.  (This course was designed by popular request!)

A theory exists that we choose our parents before we are born in order to learn some essential life truths.  If this is so, why might you have chosen your mother and what lessons has this choice meant for you?  Your connection to your mother is your first primary relationship.  It affects everything about you and your life!

In this mini-course of three sessions, we will explore:

·         What you did and did not receive from your mother and its impact on you;

·         How seeing your mother from a woman’s perspective versus a child’s perspective can free you from a sense of emptiness and unmet needs;

·         How sharing your own and hearing about others’ mother experiences can help you to gain tremendous insight into your life patterns and choices;

·         How having the “ideal” mother can create challenges as significant as having the neglectful or difficult mother;

·         How understanding your relationship to your mother can be essential to understanding your relationship with yourself and most of all to effect healing for you now!

This program contains exciting material from leading works on mothering.  Each individual will be supported by group synergy as we work through and share responses to lecture, hypnotherapy, class and journaling exercises.

Any woman who has completed the Leading from the Heart program is invited to attend.  Enrollment is limited to 10 women only.  Program fee:  $205 (includes 3 sessions, coursepack, evening food and drink, and one individual coaching session at $55 value).  Location is Cynthia’s office.
